Never has there been a time when any of the above topics are more compelling and complex. With all of the above subject matter, an organization must not only have an enlightened message but must assure that this message is both communicated throughout the organization and acted upon.

There may have been a time when a bulky three ring bound "Manual" might have sufficed for training and education in these areas. No longer! Now the message has to permeate the organization through the use of effective training vehicles that are available to a global employee community at a time that is convenient for them to take this training.
