Data no matter how formatted is not the same as analytics. Analytics are developed from the data. Normally an LMS will have captured data related to enrollments, fees, completion data, and scores. This information is the raw material for analytics.

In order to create Level 4 analysis and reports, however, information is needed that is not in the LMS today. Analytics meshes LMS data with information in other data bases to develop Level 4 measurements and, therefore, business insights. The key point about analytics is that it allows the meshing of learning data with business data to draw conclusions relevant to the performance of the company. SSE can develop such analytics in a very cost effective manner.
