Scenario-Based Simulations
SSE creates "real world" scenario-based simulations that emulate specific techniques of menu analysis. These role-play opportunities encourage students to apply fundamental AIDA principles, and also allow them to receive corrective feedback throughout the training to reinforce proper application of the learning objectives. Three scenario-based simulations are envisioned: Exploding a Menu Item, Practice Key Factor Questions, Applying AIDA techniques.
